"Nina was OUTSTANDING—she helped my dad on Christmas Eve. She urgently filled his prescription in less than 10 minutes and was so friendly and helpful when we arrived. She even helped him find another medication and came out from behind the counter to help us. This was 40 minutes before closing time on Christmas Eve. She was amazing and we are so grateful. "I’ve been a customer of the Walmart Pharmacy in Park City for over 10 years, and that gives me the benefit of many interactions on which to base my review. The pharmacists I have primarily dealt with are Heath and Nina, and they are exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and caring, they are Outstanding. The other members of the team are uniformly excellent as well. I’ve been there when they’re busy, and I’ve been there when they weren't, and I always get a smile and great service. If I had to come up with a single phrase to describe the Park City Walmart Pharmacy it would be “Professionalism, with a personal touch”. Does it get better than that? I don’t think so, and that’s why I rate them so highly, and recommend them so enthusiastically. As one ages it’s important to have a group of people you can rely on, and when it comes to meeting my pharmaceutical needs, the Walmart Park City Pharmacy is my choice to fill that role. If you read some of my other reviews you’ll see I am not reluctant to "call a spade a spade” if the business disappoints, but Heath, Nina and the staff never have. They are that good, and that dependable!"

"Holy moly, could anyone be more difficult! After hanging up on me three times I finally am able to speak with someone. So grumpy! The doctor had already told me it was ready over the phone. So I knew the pharmacy had it. This is day three trying to get a script from Wal-Mart. So frustrating. I'll call the doctor for the third time tomorrow. Geez. Now, after calling the doctor and being told to avoid this pharmacy ("they obviously have some issues" he said) Walmart will not even transfer the prescription. These guys are vindictive!"

"I hate to leave a negative review but in this case I have to. I went to ask the pharmacist a simple question and she was the absolute rudest person I have ever seen. I am unaware of her name but I know she had an accent. Stay clear from her. The other pharmacists are delightful so I do not get it. If you hate your job, QUIT. Like I said, I want it to be known the other pharmacists and team are great, the 1 star is definitely for my experience today."
