"My experience at Caliber was excellent. I was kept informed of the progress regularly and if there were any delays, I was advised as to the reason, which was usually supply chain issues. The work was done in an excellent manner, and when I found a small discrepancy and returned, Karsten, my assigned estimator, addressed it immediately and satisfactory. Plus, the coffee and popcorn are great!"

"When I called Caliber Collision, I was honestly shocked at how easy and quick everything was. Becca was always pleasant and went above and beyond for me — she even gave me the best advice/life hack on how to handle obtaining a rental through my car insurance & she was spot on. While dropping off my car, I met Aaron, who went out to assess the damage with me and I was again surprised to find just how great he was at his job. He saw damage I didn’t even know was there and treated me with the utmost respect and was very informative and personable. The communication while Caliber was working on my car was exceptional, as I was regularly updated via text message. Even when they finished my car EARLY they went out of their way to assure that I did not have any other concerns before completion. Upon arrival to pick up my car, Becca was [again] exceptionally helpful and when Aaron brought my car around to the front, it looked brand new. He then proceeded to take me to the back of my car to show me that he’d removed a dent on my rear bumper that had nothing to do with the damage I was needing fixed. He simply saw the need and took it upon himself to fix it — which, he graciously didn’t even charge me for. You could also tell that they’d detailed the inside of my vehicle. 5/5 stars. 12/10 would recommend to a friend & I will be returning should the need ever arise again. You won’t regret trusting Caliber Collision and they will most definitely make a not-so-fun process as easy and painless as possible."

"As much as I would like to give a higher rating, I am not fully satisfied. My vehicle was recently repaired via PDR due to hail damage but I still notice some dents. Also, my interior appears to be damaged after the repair, which I am totally dissatisfied about. I also notice some scratches on my paint that were not there before. When my vehicle was returned to me, it was filthy and had animal hair all inside it. Based only initial experience and although my repairs look a lot better than before, there are still issues that I am not satisfied about, and for that, I would suggest giving a different company a try."
