"There was one single employee working the last time we stopped in. He was so very nice and pleasant, the restaurant was very clean. Packed mind you, with people in drive-thru as well. He greeted each person warmly and said good bye the same. He gave each customer care, not rushed or upset. We could use more of this composure, and I hope you realize you have an excellent employee.
