"Had to call (11:06 am) to check on truck and was told there was a whole crew working on it. Then I was called and told my truck was ready (was dropped off yesterday for oil change and fuel filter change)... arrived at 12:25pm, and as you can see in the photo (white F-250 on lift).. it CLEARLY IS NOT. When arrived, was told bolt for fuel filter was rounded off, soooo... how did they get it off and changed, then get my tires back on in 10 minutes?!? Then, we were told the price at check-in and told something completely different (add $100+) on the phone call. The guy in the picture behind the counter (as well as the guy to the side) was laughing about it and could honestly care less about the customer or the vehicle! UPDATE: next day, I spoke with sales manager, and the GM not available, updated him on situation along with photos and was ASSURED that I would receive a phone call back from either him or the GM. This has been over a month now with NO PHONE CALL from either! Poor excuse for a business!"

"Hello I am at Matthews Ford right this moment. I own a 1996 Ford it's actually a Thunderbird. It's my dad's car he died in 2017 and I still got the car and I'm I'm using it, I have taken it to some places but not gotten what I need done to fix it, so I decided since it is a Ford I'll just take it to a Ford dealership I know that Ford dealerships are ASE certified so my car is a Ford it should be able to know what's wrong with it. Yeah it's a late model 1996 but still I mean the girl said something about maybe because it's a 96 that they don't make tools for it no they make tools for a car it's a mechanic shop why would they not have a tool for a 1996 I mean that makes no sense but that's okay maybe I mean our crescent wrench can be a tool for any kind of car any kind of bolt right pair pliers parent pliers is a tool a pair of pliers. I feel like maybe they were pushing me away for some reason or another not waited on this day which is Thursday the 29th since last Tuesday because we had some thunderstorms come through here shut down the electricity and so they were backlogged from cars to catch up right. I have the funds to pay for the services Yes I know that car dealerships may be higher than a mom and pop place or whatever that's okay but I want service and I want it proper diagnosis and I believe I'll get that here it's Ford built of job number 1. I'm sitting in the waiting area and it's comfortable in here got some coffee got a little TV going air conditioned and Wi-Fi guest that's good it's clean the floors look good I'm enjoying my stay and I hope that they get this thing squared away. The problem of the car is that it only goes about 20 mph that's it something is plugged up or something is not right. Surely this place can figure that out wide only does 20 mph when it even says 120 mph on the speedometer. I would recommend coming here I would recommend it I would I'm looked around they like to play golf and there's some certificates that Matthews Ford has donated foods food bank in owasso Oklahoma That's a good deal it's a good place if you like Ford and I do I'm going to put all the pictures that I've taken on here have a good day God bless you all God bless America God bless Ford vehicles."

"Horrible customer service. We had to continue to call for 2 weeks for updates even when they said they would call back. Not one time did they iniate a call to give us an update. Issue still not fixed. Taking it elsewhere. I would not recommend taking your car here."

"I have never seen such a group of incompetent people in my life. Took my truck in for a "engine rattle" and front end noise. After having it for a week when I had scheduled almost a month out, I called to get a update and was told "they found nothing".. I said that was impossible. They had another mechanic look at it which took another week and pretty much came up with the same answer. I just got back from picking it up and the engine noise is absolutely insane and the clueless service writer stood right there and said "it doesn't sound any different than normal noise". I drove a few miles down the road to another dealership and asked if someone would just come out for the heck of it and listen and see if they hear what I do and said "100% something isn't right". I didn't buy my truck at Matthew's but moved to BA and have used them for oil changes and was really liking the place and planned on a new truck this fall. Now I will never step foot on that property again and will make sure and let everyone know how awful their service department is. If you don't want to do the work just say so in the beginning"
