"I purchased a Spartan mower from this group last year which was one of the worst buying experiences I had ever had. I wish I would have given another company my business. I wasn’t going to leave a review about my purchase thinking it was an isolated incident. I decided to give them another try and I called last week to verify they had parts and oil and for my specific engine and the guy said yes they have it all. I drove 45 minutes to get there and wait on the guy to look for oil, oil filter,fuel filter for 15 minutes just to say they don’t have the oil filter but they can get it the following Monday. I was so irritated. I will never do business with them again seeing now that it was not an isolated incident. If I need any Spartan parts I will but then online and not waste my time with this outfit."
