"I took this guy to small claims in Orem, I hired him to change the catalytic converter and he just put a metal pipe instead, he wanted to take advantage of me because I am a woman and did not know much about cars back then, I had an honest mechanic guy but he was busy and couldn't do the job, so this is why I end up taking my car to this shop...next time I went back to my honest mechanic guy and I asked what was wrong with my car and he said, I will show you so you can see yourself, my car didn't have the part I was paid this guy to install, it had an empty metal tube, that is all he did, I need to be fair and say this happened long time ago, I hope this guy learned the lesson from this experience and became an honest mechanic for everyone's sake"
