"If I could give 0 stars, I would. They tell you that you are purchasing one thing, and then when you have to use the warranty that they said you were purchasing, they say you never bought it. We were stranded on the turnpike for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck to take it to this location, while raining and a sick 14 month old. Thought that once we got there, we would be okay. That our day would get better. We shopped around for best price with warranty, which is why we went with Robertson Tire. Big Mistake!!!! We have had nothing but issue after issue. Bought all 4 tires 4 months ago, they keep going low or flat but they can't find any issues they say. Make sure you get every detail and check your paperwork. Money hungry and willing to lie to get it from you."

"EXCELLENT 1st experience w/ Bixby today! Called at 1 PM for hard to find BMW staggered race-car-width tires. They immediately offered to send employee across town to their other location to get the tires, so I didn’t have to drive as far and could still get same day service. I was stuck on a call and dropped off at 3:15 instead of 2:00 but they still got it done! They answer the phone & ensure that a hold or transfer will not be sent to voicemail like others. In past I’ve always had gunk/grease on my rims after new tires, but they had them all wiped down. I’ll be back, Thank you!"
