My son needed a prescription that they didn’t have and they called me back a few hours later to let me know they had called all the nearby pharmacies trying to find it. Exceptional service."

"Stay away! I take a subcutaneous injection that has to be compounded out of state. Went to get some insulin syringes, with my rx in hand and was treated like a criminal. So maybe it’s your policy to not sell syringes without an rx filled here ( which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. You think someone wanting to use it for illicit purposes won’t find a needle somewhere?!?) but your policy shouldn’t be to treat people with legitimate reasons like they’re doing something wrong. Went to Walgreens, treated with respect and zero questions. I just moved here and I like to shop local, but this place won’t get a dollar of mine."

"I am absolutely switching from Walgreens to Express RX Coweta. I have had a problem every month with Walgreens for one reason or another. I called Express Rx yesterday and talked to the pharmacist, Justin (I believe). He was so kind and explained everything to me. He didn't rush me off the phone and made me feel like a human with valid concerns as opposed to just another number. Walgreens is always rude to me and let's me ask ONE question before getting an attitude and rushing me off the phone. My only regret with Express Rx is that I haven't switched to them sooner. Thank you Justin and staff, you made me realize going to the pharmacy doesn't have to be a miserable experience and something I dread."

I've asked Justin questions several times & he has been patient & pleasant no matter how many times I bug him. He is very knowledgeable. They are fast & I never have the long wait I often used to have at the big pharmacies. Highly recommend!"
