"Very helpful staff and very nice facility. They have a huge selection of RVs of all types. We bought one, so we will we how the closing orocess, service and delivery goes. Everyone we talked to there seemed very genuine and knowledgeable so I am very hopefully it will go well. I will report back later how it actually goes."

"We purchased a ATC 4023 Game Changer from the Payson store in February of 2023 and the sales experience was good, we had a great salesman. There was paint peeling before we took it off the lot and parts were supposed to be ordered at that time. I have been patiently waiting for the parts to come in from the Manufacture but after 12 months with additional trim now peeling I decided it was time to write a review. We had a hydraulic failure on the trailer in August, 3 weeks before a National event that left the trailer stuck on our truck and unusable. I went to the Murray store as it's closer to our location and I didn't get any help. I took it to Payson hoping for better service and it started out great, they told me they were on it. The trailer sat for over a week with no contact to the manufacture. I expressed the urgency of the situation and still no action. The event came and went. We had another event the following weekend that we couldn't miss. I initially told the service manager Kolton that they should pull a pump off a trailer on their lot and he didn't want to do it. It finally came to the point he decided to do what I had suggested 3 weeks prior but I had already missed the event and lost $2000 in entry fees. I called again today to follow up on the trim after I've received no follow up to email or phone inquiries and I was told they just contacted the manufacture the day before to find out when we could expect the trim, I don't think they contacted the manufacture. We have another issue with the trailer and it looks like I'm going to have to find another authorized service center. I waited to write this review hoping Parris RV would step up but it's been nothing but disappointment."

"Excellent experience I drove 1300 miles to trade in my current trailer for the new fifth wheel. Jessica was my sales person she was great to deal with as well as Ruston in finance and Jeff Gardner with our walk through. The service team was great installed a hitch in my truck and helped us get swapped to the new toy hauler and out the door same day. Can’t say enough good about what a great experience it was working with the team at Parris in Payson."

"Good place to find most parts. They don’t always have what is needed or have the right items for your trailer. But it is fun to see the variety of trailers inside the shop and out in the yard. If you’re looking for a trailer at least come look and find the layout that is best suited for your family size or to fit your needs. Good luck and have fun camping."
