She shared invaluable information with me about the state of my vehicle during the current visit and future upkeep of my vehicle. I have never felt more educated and taken care of than with her. 12/10 customer service! I watched her interaction with other customers as well, and she remained patient with every one while going the extra mile to make sure all were satisfied. When I have visited this location in the past for an oil change, I experienced kindness and helpfulness from other staff as well. I will always come to this location in the future for any vehicle needs that Jiffy Lube handles!"
"The manager gives Superior red carpet customer service!!!! I literally drive out of my way for this Jiffy lube! He escorts you to the store opens tells you where the bathroom and drinks are! 5 star doesn’t do this place justice at all! 100 stars for ROYAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
