"I called for info and the girl literally said I don’t know that, you will have to figure that out… I asked for someone with more knowledge on the subject and she said there was no one cause “that’s like a personal problem”. I called the Midwest city tag agency and they were able to answer my question no problem! Maybe hire people who know how title transfers work :)"

"If I could put 0 I would. I have been requesting to get a duplicate title. It was rejected because of expired registration. I explained that, that couldn’t be right. I am stationed overseas, exempt from registration there. The women stated to contact ok services as a suggestion. I contacted them and they said I should not be denied because of my expired registration living/having my car shipped out of country for my work. To also add that that they could call the audit section to learn their jobs. I then called the agency to explain that , and they kept putting me on hold in which now I’m getting furious. I am just trying to explain what ok services stated. Called for the third time, they pick up , now it’s you need to come in person , and I know I don’t have to, explaining again im overseas. I told her that’s a lie , all I needed to do was submit the application. I only called because of the rejection from a different tag agency situation over the expired registration, so with a time crunch submitted elsewhere. Anyways she decided to place me back on hold because she had an attitude after I said that’s a lie , I don’t have to be in person. Pooor customer service , unacceptable. Period , now run me my fee back please, thank you."

"I’m a dealer. Always seem to be a problem with this place. Charging me for titles when I don’t need a title. They won’t refund my money for their mistakes. They send titles to wrong addresses. They lien titles with wrong lien holders. And they will put you on hold with no intention of getting back with you. I’ve held on hold multiple times for 30 mins until they hang up on me. The girls have no idea what they are doing."
