"Can't lie I'm annoyed. I got a prescription for my one year old and they gave me a syringe and no bottle adapter. I can't get any medication from the syringe unless I dump it into a cup just to get 3mL into the syringe and dump it back. I'm losing medication every single time I have to do this. But they supposedly don't have them. She will be running out of medication before she's supposed to thanks to that."
"Had everything we needed. Nice people."
"Add a appointment to get a covid shot. When I got there they had no one. Available? But knew how to. Do it ask them why I had an appointment they didn't care"
"This Walgreens is poorly managed. I've sat on hold for 15 mins with nobody in que. The same message every 20 seconds. Very frustrating and your store is worthless. I had to move my prescription cause this store doesn't answer their phone."
"Worst pharmacy staff ever in the 8 years I've lived by this pharmacy. Dripped off kids prescription straight from urgent care and was told to give them 15 minutes. Came back to window 20 minutes later and was told they didn't have it ready yet give it another 15 minutes. Gave it 30 minutes took sick kid home and came back. Still not ready and needs another 15 minutes. I pull through window at 123 pm with one car in front of me. The car gets their package and continues to have a lengthy, laughing conversation with whoever is at the window. I keep inching up to signal for them to move along. As I finally pull up to window they quickly slide the "closed for lunch" sign in my face. So what was supposed to be a 15 minute wait turned into almost 2 hours. There was absolutely no reason other than pure unprofessionalism to close for lunch without helping me considering the inconvenience of waiting on their multiple time line changes. Especially considering I went inside to wait for them to open back up and hear them laughing and goofing off so clearly no urgent reasons to not take 30 seconds to give me the meds that my daughter had already waited damn near 2 hours for. So sad that people actually enjoy being ugly and hateful."
