"My usual location, in American Fork, was really busy on Saturday. So, I ventured to this location. I wasn't going to the Lehi jiffy Lube (they are absolutely the worst) and I was pleasantly surprised. The lady came out quickly and asked what service I needed. I was looking for registration. She said it wouldn't take to long and she got my information. About thirty minutes later, they where done, and everything was awesome. This location was what I felt a Jiffy Lube should be like. Good customer service and quick work of simple every day oil changes. Thank you!"

"Went here today because I could hear scraping on the right side when I braked assumed I needed brake pads. They said they were fine no worries. I leave can still hear the scraping so I go to Big O across the street my brakes were metal on metal. I don’t even think you guys looked to be honest. Waste of time."

"It took the technicians almost 2 1/2 hours to do a simple emissions test. There was barely anyone in line ahead of me (maybe 1-2 cars) and they kept filtering people through who came after me. When I went to renew the registration on the government website, the emissions test that I had just paid 2 1/2 hours and $40 for wasn’t showing up in the registration portal online! I called the Jiffy Lube back and they told me they had entered my VIN number incorrectly, and that the only way to fix that was to drive right back and wait some more! Which I did. In total I spent around 3 and a half hours waiting in the lobby while they performed a 2nd emissions test. This was a really frustrating experience! They made no effort to even acknowledge the fact that they had messed up. I will likely not be returning to Jiffy Lube anytime soon."

"Edit- 2nd review, 5 stars got oil change and emissions test in less than half an hour. Awesome service. First review- 4 stars Everyone was crazy nice, but they were obviously under staffed. They got me in the bay once I had 30 minutes to spare and I made it to work JUST in time. Great service, just get them more workers."
