"DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS LOCATION-THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE!!! My husband took it for an ALIGNMENT. The mechanic got in there and started to tear stuff apart. Then, they came out to my husband and asked if he had money for a certain kit. The answer was no. WE TOOK IT UP THERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT. The mechanic got mad and didn't care to at least put our only vehicle back the way he found it!!!!!! NOW OUR STEERING WHEEL IS NOT STRAIGHT, WHICH IT WAS BEFORE THIS HORRIBLE MECHANIC TOUCHED IT!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! The tires are straight but instead of the steering wheel having a "L" for Lexus, it is an upside down V. This location is trash. If you have kids and go here to have your vehicle fixed, just know there is a large possibility that they have put you in a death trap. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Can’t say enough about the customer service I received today from Robertson tire especially Thomas! They had to order my tires since they didn’t have them in stock. He got them within 2 hours. Only took 1 hour for my car to be fixed! so great and so helpful! Highly recommend!"

"It’s hard for me to leave a bad review, but I believe that it is more than warranted for this situation. I took my truck in to get a set of new tires a few weeks ago and was more than disappointed in their customer service. After purchasing a set of 4 new good year tires, I walk out to my truck and the first thing I noticed was grease all over my rims/tires and I was also missing 2/4 valve stem caps(not too big of a deal). I went back in and told the lady at the front desk. She addressed the problem and sent me on my way. When I started driving my truck I noticed that if I took my hand off of the steering wheel, my truck would pull very hard to the left. I turned around and brought my truck back. I voiced my concern and mentioned that I just asked for a new set of tires to be mounted and balanced and did not ask for an alignment. One of the mechanics walked in from the shop and asked me if I was sure that it wasn’t the wind blowing my truck on the road. I laughed because I thought he was joking. The manager apologized and said they should have called before they adjusted my alignment. She reimbursed me $100 for the alignment that I didn’t ask for. They took my truck back in to address the alignment and informed me that they believed the brand new set of Goodyear tires I had purchased was the reason for my truck pulling to the left. I said okay do you have another set? They said not Goodyear, but we have Michelin, which will be about $20 more a tire(So much for that reimbursement). I complied and they put the 2nd set of tires on my truck. After 8 hours I finally get my truck back and I get back on the road and noticed that my steering wheel was off centered by about 10 degrees when driving straight, but it no longer pulled. When I got home, I inspected my truck and noticed that 3 of my 4 rims had been scratched up. Ended up taking my truck to another shop to get fixed. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. I do not recommend Robertson Tire in Glenpool. I will not be back."
