"It was Saturday afternoon an hour before they closed when we had a blowout in the way to one of our events. We called ahead to verify they had our size and they did. The staff took EXCELLENT care of us. They had our flat changed in under 10 minute for a very reasonable price. Upon leaving, one of their staff took the time, unsolicited to hold the traffic for us to be able to safely back our trailer out and head to our event. 5 star service and prices and GREAT STAFF!"

"I have been using bristow tire for over 15 years. They replaced two tires that didn't require replacement. When I addressed this with them, they got angry. They even yelled at me over the phone and hung up. They will take advantage of you. Beware"

"Outstanding customer service even under a busy schedule! Called around 9:15am, and they didn’t have my size in stock, but were prompt to tell me they could have them around lunch. By 12:30pm, I was in the shop and the tires turned out great. Swapped all 4 with a 235/35/19 Arroyo Grand Sport High performance tire, and they rode great on the way home.
