"I work from 6 to 6 p Mon-Fri. I generally can get a break from 1 to 2 of which the Tag Agency is closed for lunch, ok. So I leave work at 3:30 to get there and did the back roads all the way to get there sooner only to find they closed early. It states on the door that they’re open till 4p. I get there to do a renewal at 10 till and the doors are locked shut. If this is the case they need to change their closing notification to 3:30p or 3:45 p so your time is not wasted. Not happy."

"This is the most horrible place to do business with!! The first person to come into contact with is the one you see when walking through the door. If this lady is so unhappy QUIT!! I'd called several times regarding getting a renewal of a DL she could have explained if you want a Federal license you need to bring a Birth Certificate yet she stated come in between these hours weekly. When I came in the gentleman speaking to the same person went off on him because he didn't have his birth certificate...the man ...as I had...stated why didn't you tell me what I needed to have to get my license Federally was my birth certificate..he responded this is such a hardship since I just called and asked you what I needed. The person hmm woman responded really...hardship...slapping her hands back and forth...harshly really she said thanking God it was almost 3pm. Why don't you wear a smile instead of acting and responding to your customers with an ungrateful attitude and saying I must have made a mistake!! I should have been clearer regarding your need and requirements for a Federal license so you may travel by airline or enter a Military base! You all should be ashamed of the way you act with your customers. Leave if you can't act like "we" deserve a HAPPY experience with this location!!"

"I have been to Jenks Tag Agency 3 times and will not go back. Each time I was assisted by a different person and each one was unfriendly and condescending. They all seem bothered by having to assist customers. I understand people can have a bad day, but it seems here they have all have a bad day everyday."
