"This store has really struggled in the past with extremely slow service and long lines but I was pleasantly surprised to come in today and have fantastic service. They were adequately staffed and Sydney went above and beyond to troubleshoot when the return label was not correct. Keep up the great work!"

Just this morning, she saved me a trip from going to the post office because she knew how to print the label differently. (Sydney is also the most friendly employee I’ve met at any UPS/USPS store and that, in my opinion, makes the biggest difference!)"
