"Colin was a great help to me when I was sending out a large quantity of boxes. He was very patient and organized!"
"Jayden at this location was incredibly helpful and genial in helping me with a ridiculous number of Amazon returns. I’d been dreading it, but he made it simple and quick. He even helped me correct a mistake I’d made. And all this just as they were getting ready to close. He’s excellent, and I will certainly visit this location again."
"Jayden at the Provo UPS store was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond with his service. I had a few other projects that he did but didn’t want to post for privacy reason. Thank you Jayden for making my projects look flawless!"
"I stop here all the time after I get off work to send returns back and they are always so so kind and helpful. Bailey was super helpful today in helping me ship out some returns. I didn’t notice I needed to box up one of them and she offered to do it for me with a mailer I bought. 10/10 service always:)"
"BEWARE!! They destroyed an heirloom 36” diameter hammered copper shield which I had “insured” for $1500. The packaging was damaged in shipment according to their own records. The heirloom art piece was completely mis-shaped when it arrived. I was then informed that the “insurance” I had paid for was “not actually insurance” and they “declined to settle” for ANYTHING! In spite of the fact that I had multiple photos of the metal shield before and after shipping and their own records indicating the package was damaged during shipment. They blamed it all on the “corporate office” which does not give me access to ANY RATIONALE for denying any payment for my substantial loss. The photo of my husband holding the shield was before shipping and the other photos clearly show the damage to this heirloom piece of skilled artwork. The damage in shipping completely weakened the structure of the shield so that it would wobble when shaken and the edge was completely rolled back upon itself. I am outraged enough to go talk to a lawyer. I have all our correspondence including the store manager assuring me that I had sufficiently established the worth of the piece they destroyed. It was custom made for my father in Asia back in the 1960’s and took over 6 months for the artisan to hand-hammer out of a solid piece of copper. An employee of the UPS store was the one who fastened my package shut for shipping. How dare they charge me a lot extra for “insurance” and then tell me it WASN’T even “insured!””"
