"Been waiting on that email for my estimate all day. Guess I ain't gonna get it. This place is flawed. Tried calling only to keep getting sent to a voice mail. Finally answered at 3:00pm. Just went for a simple estimate and got the run around. Then when I FINALLY got it, it was for the wrong vehicle. Definitely won't be going back."

"They requested that I pay in cash and told me that if I paid $1,400 in full with cash that it would cover the cost of repairs. When I picked up my truck they said I need to pay an additional $600 cash. When I asked them about the $1,400 cash paid in full they told me that they never said that and I owed more. I offered to pay the $1,400 cash and the remaining $600 on card. They said that if any amount was going to be paid on card that they could not offer a cash deal and it would be significantly more expensive. I was already two hours late to work after going back and fourth with the manager so I had no choice but to pay the higher amount with my card. After I gave them my card they said they could not accept my Amex card. So I was left to have them drive me to the bank and withdraw the extra $600 cash out so I could get my truck back and head to work. It felt like a hostage situation. Not to mention my truck was covered in dust and not detailed. The owner would not reply when this was happening and the owner’s wife did not ask me to stay to work things out. Neither of them were at the shop while this was happening. Only a manager named Grant which originally told me the cost pf repairs would be $1,400 cash over the phone. I can at least say they did do a good job on the body work. However the moral of the story is get everything in writing and don’t do cash deals. Especially with this business."
