"So I contacted Josh at Start it up in a very stressed state, my mower hadn’t been running for a couple weeks, the grass was high, my schedule was crazy and I needed to get my work done. He offered to come early if I needed and he did which was so great for me, he let me kinda work alongside with him and learn as he troubleshooted the mower and of course he got it running! GET THIS though, he notices my truck that ain’t been running for a year and a half, and asks about it, I told him what problems I had with it, he said he had another call to do but he asked if he could put a charger on it and look under the hood when he was done with his call, and I said sure. I went and ran some errands and we met back at my house and now my old farm truck is running. Thank you Josh!!! If your not using Start It Up, your messing up!!!"

"He wasn’t able to get my lawnmower running I called because it needed the pull cord replaced I paid $40 upfront picked up 2 days later pulled 3 times and the cord broke. I took it back there and he offered me another mower instead that didn’t work. Josh said give him a week and he would have a running mower for me and sure enough he didn’t he said he needed $20 more dollars because he replaced the gaskets but the lawnmower didn’t even run. I ended up with my same broken lawnmower and I got $20 of my $40 back but a huge waste of time n money"
