"Horrible place to have a secure mailbox. They have an incompetent workforce who doesn't understand how the mail works. In the past 3 months our box has been cancelled twice by them which results in all mail being immediately returned to sender. We worked with the Coweta Post Office to have this corrected, and they have been more than helpful but can only do their job if the UPS Store does their mail correctly. Given we have had this mailbox for over 3 years, you wouldn't think this would be an issue. Their horrible service has resulted in our customer payments being returned. You want to speak to the owner, that's not happening either. Not available. Don't waste your time. They only had one job to do and failed spectacularly."

"I come here often to ship items and ups is also an Amazon drop off. Well the last couple times I’ve taken a package into them for a free return and the owner said that I had to pay for them to print the label. Obviously this is a privately owned ups store and now owned by ups. So the owners are nickel and dining the customers that walk in to do a free return thru ups and I think that’s horrible customer service and I won’t go back. Other ups stores don’t charge me but this one has tried multiple times. I recommend a different ups store location."

"Package was not delivered to address but rather was taken to the UPS facility. No one was notified that package needed to be picked up. Tried 2 times to get package. First time was told that he couldn’t find it. Second time told the she did not have time to go to the back to look for the package. Poor customer service!"
