"I had to get the flu vaccine and I've never had one before. I saw that William was the one helping me and it made me nervous since I had read all the reviews. I have to say, he was great. I haven't had a flu vaccine before and I was very anxious about getting a shot. I told William I was very scared and he was very reassuring and I literally didn't know I got the shot. He talked to me the whole time and distracted me and it made me feel more comfortable. He did great."

"I have got my medication hear for a long time and this time the pharmaceutical rep William told me I could get my prescription in 15-20 minutes I said that would be fine I waited right there for way over 30 minutes. I had a lady ask me if I was here to pick up due to they were closing in a few minutes I said I'm waiting on my prescription with William and she told me it's ready. I couldn't believe he looked at me 4 or 5 times and didn't even bother to tell me it was done as I stood right there waiting the whole time."

"AVOID PHARM. TECH WILLIAM. The Pharmacist at this location are excellent, I have zero complaints about the actual Pharmacist. The Pharmacy technicians tho, who understandably deal with a lot more than the actual Pharmacist do. Have obviously developed a poor attitude towards customers. Even if you are kind and deflect any negativity. I can honestly understand getting worn out in this area ofcustomer service. HOWEVER, you have to start each day with a better perspective and leave your shittyness at the door. But they are the absolute WORST. And I'm talking about ONE TECH IN PARTICULAR- William. I legitimately try to avoid this kid because he is hateful and obviously gets satisfaction and joy from making things more difficult. William has been unkind to me every single time I have came to this pharmacy. Wants to argue if I say I will wait in store. Argues if a question is asked. And just makes dealing with this pharmacy something I dread."
