"This UPS store is by far the best store in the area I have gone to all four in our area. The new manager Bill, is absolutely amazing. The store wasn't always as productive and welcoming as it is now. All of the new staff has been incredible. They go above and beyond to help me with my small business. Again I cannot emphasize enough about Bill, he is super patient, and super kind. He always make sure to go above and beyond for me when I am there. I have seen the store more often than not be extremely busy and the team handles it very well with no attitudes or panic. I refuse to go to any other location even though this one is a little further from my house. Just because of the A+ customer service and care they always show me."
