"Hello , recently had called the shop to inquire on my rear wheel shifting too the side slightly with acceleration between shifting gears. Ill say the lady who answers phones was very nice and was easy to talk to answered my questions the best she could. With customer service like that who takes the time to talk and doesnt hurry you off the phone is good enough for me. Thats more than i can say for other garages who work on bikes. "Called several times over a period of 2 weeks trying to get my bike in to have it worked on and kept getting told they were to full to accept any other bikes. Receptionist never offered to call me when they had room and couldn't even give me an estimated time when they would be able to get to it. I will be taking my business elsewhere....."
