"**Update after the company's response** Why would you have called me after you finalized the sale when we asked you to let us know if anyone was interested in the car so we could come and purchase it then? You should have called us before you sold it. We had been looking for a good price on a used vehicle, we found one here and drove it multiple times, took it to a mechanic to have a look at it. We told the salesman we were 90% sure we'd purchase the vehicle and that we just had one other to look at and that if anyone else was interested in it to please let us know. We checked out that other car, we didn't like it, and then called the salesman back to let him know that we wanted to purchase the car- but he said he had just sold it. I called him back and told him how dishonest he was even after he said he'd call us back to let us know he had someone else interested in it. We tried to pay a deposit to secure the sale, but he wouldn't take it. I don't trust this business and wouldn't suggest it to anyone."
