"This location has recently lost thousands worth of our product, multiple times in a row, causing our customers to go without much needed tooling, and UPS has decided it was how we boxed it. We've never had any other shipments lost by UPS and have shipped far larger and heavier items without any issues, even to this location. It's this SINGLE UPS location that seems to be unable to deliver to the correct address. A kind person across the highway from our customer called us when they received our customer's package and delivered it himself; unfortunately, it was one of the smaller shipments. At this point we're concerned that packages are being purposefully misplaced by drivers in order to resell. The response from UPS has been abysmal and suddenly, now that packages are insured to that one single location, they're no longer being lost. We deserve answers and have been patient over this months long process."
