"this review has been a long time coming and if i could describe in more detail how ridiculous this was i would. if you’re content with waiting almost a full calendar month for what should’ve been a 4-6 day repair then go for it. most delays likely could’ve been avoided if the service managers knew how to place calls and have parts ordered correctly. hard to place benefit of doubt in proper, deserving hands without clear communication on what’s causing the delays. perhaps they shouldn’t still be accepting customers if they don’t have the wherewithal to handle what’s in front of them."

"Can't say enough.Excellent interactions with multiple employees. Kept me informed of repair progress via text. Finished a WEEK earlier than promised. As a result, I was able to give CC info by phone for the insurance deductible and have a friend pick it up for me. Then it turned out they washed the car so well, a neighbor thought I had bought a new car. Have to admit I almost didn't recognize it myself. Have already recommended them to friends."

"Where to begin, the side of my vehicle was dinged in a parking lot in May of this year. I have never used Caliber before or any body shop for that matter because I fortunately never had that happen. I elected Caliber because it was who my insurance recommended before the at faults insurance accepted responsibility. I was very satisfied and ecstatic at the entire process. Two weeks later I am getting an estimate followed by a week after I take my car in on a Tuesday. Thursday afternoon the estimator is calling and saying it is finished I did and would recommend if like me your vehicle has a ceramic coating let them know. I have attached before and after pictures I was told the skin was repaired not replaced and the blending for the paint is phenomenal! They did such a fantastic job of repairing this and as they say, restoring rhythm to your life. Should I ever need more body work I will be returning! It is also nice to know they have a lifetime warranty on the work should any issues arise with it."
