"I was not going to make this post, but I thought of the next person who may come across this establishment and believe they are a good place to go. DO NOT GO HERE. My wife's car was taken here and dropped off for a coolant line replacement. I was at work so my father-in-law went with her. He was told it's not something they commonly do, but they could do it for $743 all expenses included, which sounded great. However, as my wife picked up the vehicle on 2/9/2024 and was driving around the check engine light came on. I took it to Autozone to run diagnostic, and the MAS sensor was throwing a code, which meant they probably bumped it or something. As I walk back out, I noticed my wife's passenger headlight wasn't working. Due to us not having money to replace the light till I next got paid (and the fact that she doesn't do any routine night driving) we disregarded the light, and the MAS has no real immediate affect on the engine so we left it alone too. It wasn't until a week later on the 17th I happened to open it up to see what lights I needed to get, that I see the wiring harness to the entire light had been cut, and not like an animal gnawing on it. I look over at the MAS and the wire going to it had also been cut. The manager and mechanic who did the work both instantly were defensive saying they couldn't have possibly done it because the mechanic does coolant line replacements all the time and in his 22 years of experience has never made such mistakes. Also claimed the check engine light wasn't on when he drove it. The car was completely functional and fine minus the coolant line before taking it here. After pickup the passenger headlight is completely off and the engine light is on, but at least the coolant line was fixed. They couldn't even chalk it up to it being a mistake, claiming that they would never do something like that because coolant line replacements is something they do all the time. The manager was completely unprofessional, even at one point accusing me and my wife of damaging our own vehicle, saying we cut the lines, just to try and get a rise out of me. I wasn't even around the vehicle when my wife called me with the check engine light issue. I was at work. This manager needs to be put in his place because two mistakes you don't make as a manager: 1) Talking badly about someone's family to their face 2) Escalating the situation That manager is a lucky man that I had my wife and father there to keep me from making a mistake. Lord only knows what a man will do to defend his family's honor and integrity. Don't ever trust this location. They will backstab you in a heartbeat just to save their own hides. Oh, and to that mechanic whose name I didn't care to hear, if you haven't made it mistake in 22 years of being a mechanic, it's a wonder how you only made it as a Hibdon Tire mechanic. Someone of your caliber and expertise shouldn't be working some place so lowly. I would think someone so perfect would find a place much better than this. Or is it that you simply are good at lying about your mistakes and have a spineless coward of a manager to back up those lies??"

"Unexpectedly got a nail in my tire. They got in pretty quickly and I was off to work no charge lucky me. It can be frustrating when have to wait because but they do have a lot of customers so be patient. If your able to leave your vehicle and pick it up later that's helpful. Great company overall."

"Staff is super nice, low pressure and willing to help. Issue is the prices and speed of service. Due to a broken wrist I was unable to change my own tail light, so I asked them to do it for me. That task cost me $65 and I waited almost two hours for it."

"Over priced and slow as molasses. Quoted me 1k+ for a service. Took my car to Auto-Tech Auto Repair who performed the same service plus more for $640. Once my alignment service contract at Hibdons is up in 6 months I’m going to Discount Tires. This place is no good. Been waiting like 4 hours now and they still have not gotten to my car."
