"Well atm I am still waiting on call from Regional Manager over a store I had work done on my car in 2019 work was claimed done... Took to Chevy Dealership 3/2020 and tada, no idiot lights, no missed timing, and the part they pulled was NOT a PC655 part. It was an older 1 with rust, dirt, oil with metal rings(like original part it was built with). I seen it for myself."

"It seems as if every time I go in...wether be for an oil change or a different service...I am always misquoted...then rather than call me before they start the work to tell me it’s going to be more...I always come to a surprise bill...then I’m told I can’t use any coupons because I already got a discount? A bunch of young kids there highly speaks to the professionalism of the place! They need to hire professional people who know how to follow a simple procedure!"

"Very frustrating and unprofessional experience with the Jiffy Lube in Midvale. Went for some work on my car's starter on a Saturday morning. Picked the car up Saturday afternoon and the throttle wasn't hooked up. Had to wait another hour and a half for the throttle to be hooked up correctly. Two days later my car overheated on the freeway. I brought my car into another shop who let me know that Jiffy lube hadn't hooked up the upper radiator hose clamp, which caused coolant to dump and overheat the car. They also told me that the wire harness was routed wrong and many retainers were left off of the items they belonged to. Crappy work by the store manager. I tried to get in touch with TJ the store manager, and Joe Tunzi the district manager to give me a refund, but both were very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Admittedly, TJ eventually accepted that he had screwed up the car and offered a small refund, but I still have yet to here back from Joe Tunzi in the corporate office after calling multiple times in the last week and leaving multiple voicemails. I was only able to get honest answers from Oscar the Assistant Manager, and was very impressed by his willingness to help and understand the situation. Cannot say the same for TJ and Joe. Will never do business again with such an unprofessional company that is unwilling to make right what they screwed up in the first place, and places their bottom line above the safety of their customers."

"I had left the jiffy lube on 5400 in Kearns when 6 miles later my car begin making the worst knocking sound I've ever heard a car make ,and decided that I would inquire with the techs on what could be wrong with my car. after leaving there and only driving 6 miles before this nightmare began. Any way after being referred to lube managment and having them take it to auto enhance there sister company and them ultimately doi ng not a thing to my car but leave it in the back parking lot as the guy working there told me and only being told that I owe for the towing and the lube management guy telling me my car burned 2 qrts of oil cause I had driven 160 miles after leaving there I start to think something is very fishy about it all and sure enough it is and I'm sure the judge will think so too .dont go to jiffy lube unless you don't mind your car being ruined and being stuck with out one for two months"

"Went in for a safety and emissions inspection at their Syracuse Jiffy Lube on 11/16/2015. When I go to leave my car won't start. The tech inside blame it on me and tell me I have a bad battery. I go to Auto Zone to get it checked out and the battery is in perfect working order. Now I can't get anyone to return my calls to get this issue addressed. Very poor customer service and you will not be seeing my business again."
