"I have always had a great experience using this business but they went out of their way this week for me. I left my new sunglasses in the store, and when I called to ask them to check the camera to see if they could help me figure out what happened, they did and were able to locate the person that mistakenly picked them up. They called the customer and he returned my sunglasses the same day. Turns out he had a pair just like them. For management to put themselves in a potentially awkward position to help a random customer is proof of their commitment to their service and helping someone. I really appreciate the manager, Barry, taking the time out of his incredibly busy day (Monday was chaotic) to assist me. I have my glasses back and honestly cannot believe it. #customerforlife"
