Walmart Pharmacy

"Refuse to learn how to work with insurance other than BCBS. I have a new company out of CA and the techs refuse to call them and straighten out their mistakes. I have to leave, call the company myself, have my insurance company call the pharmacy and then go back for my prescriptions. Nearly EVERY month. I have zero respect for laziness and employees who don’t earn a dime of their money. Also, the rudeness combined with the laziness is what sends me over the edge. I can’t imagine treating my clients the way they speak to customers. I’ve been 5 days without my medication because of this. I’m not paying full price for a drug when I have awesome insurance I pay good money for. I am contacting the state health board, the pharmacy licensing board and also Walmart Corporate this week. I’m done letting it go."

"I made it to the pharmacy the MINUTE they closed and they were smug and rude in how they rejected me. Walmart never fails to disappoint in hoping that humans are generally good. And sets a shining example for a business that got too big to care about its people. I'm talking employees OR customers."

"Was told my prescriptions would be ready in 45 minutes, waited 1:15 just to be told that they never got the prescription for my other child. By that time it was too late to call the clinic back as they were closed. Had to wait till next day."
