"First time going to this Discount Tire. I’ve had great experiences at all of the ones I’ve been to. This one is no different. They provided terrific customer service and were pretty quick with changing out my tires ( I ordered online and had an appointment). Considering they were quite busy. I was happy with the speed of the service. I encountered three employees and all were very friendly and helpful. It may not mean much to some, however, I don’t frequent or shop at businesses with employees that appear to be very dissatisfied with being there. They were attentive and helpful. I’ll go here for all my tire needs."

When it came to charging he was sly and said I won’t charge you for the balance and rotation but I turned some other options down and got charged for it with no statement from him.
