"Where do I start… this location was amazing! From the work they did to the excellent customer service, and the woman at the front desk was always kind, polite, with a smile. Jessi was over my repairs, she went above and beyond to communicate each step of the repairs with me in detail sometimes daily which I really appreciated. The at fault party’s insurance company was a bit difficult to work with but Jessi didn’t back down and made sure I got my car back as soon as possible. I had to have my bumper replaced and painted, as well as sensors replaced and calibrated. The repairs look/work great so far and I love that they have a lifetime warranty on their work on your vehicle. They even washed my car before I picked it back up. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in general but definitely the Moore, Ok location. If you can request Jessi, you should definitely do so. Happy customer here. -Justin"
