"I usually never write reviews but I have to praise the man who ran this establishment. I will start by saying he tried really hard to do me a favor and fit me into his busy schedule today for a DL and unfortunately the system crashed. This is obviously something he could not help and was very apologetic. They were very busy and some people were just not so kind but he continued to handle everyone with such grace and kindness. Customer service is hard. I assume he is the owner. Great guy."

"Renewed my license to get the Real ID and expected a 4 year license. Did not explain they consider it a replacement. I was simply upgrading. My regular licensed expired in a few months, so paid a fee to have two licenses for a few months. Had to pay again to renew again. Beware: real id will expire same date as previous driver’s license."

"Took a quick break to get my license renewed. Pediatric home health nurse. Did not have much time but called and there was no waiting. The lady was very hateful, I cannot see without my glasses and it was obvious this irritated her. As soon as a man walked in the door she completely stopped helping me to talk to him. I mentioned I really need to get back to work. Again obvious this bothered her. She and I had talked about getting a good picture for the license early in the visit. So when it came time to finally take the picture, yes she counted to 3 but took the picture on 2. Hateful, unprofessional and clearly lacks integrity. I’m older, slower and cannot see without my glasses. She did not show me any respect and clearly would rather do business with only the men in the area."

"You told my wife that she couldn’t get her tag and title because she needed to get a dealer reassignment. True… which SHE can do with the paperwork she has… and a fee… Pretty funny that we went somewhere else, and was able to get it done the same day. I guess you just want to go out of business. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to be lied to. They’re just too busy some days and don’t know how to tell you that, so they come up with an excuse. Close down already. Tri City Tag is MUCH BETTER AND MORE POLITE!!!"

I urge the management to address these disparities and ensure that the Newcastle Tag Agency operates in a manner that is unbiased welcoming, and treats all customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve."
