"Package never left the store - if it did it walked off with someone who was not a pick up carrier. I mailed a package off through here about half a year ago. Staff was disinterested and almost uncooperative. They kept asking me if it was an Amazon return over and over and I kept saying no and that I wanted to buy a shipping label and ship my package. Well after a month the package tracking still read "item accepted, waiting for pickup". I know that tracking may not be accurate but the package seemed to never have left the store for well over a month. It's one thing to be lost in transition but a whole nother to be lost IN THE STORE. It's been half a year, eventually I was reimbursed for the lost package but it never turned up and as far as I concerned, it probably left the store but not by a carrier. I will never ship from here again. I loved my old UPS store prior to moving here."
