"Very unprofessional owner who doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Have taken in my Jag for rear noise repair three times after he had replaced rear spring conversion, rack and pinion and brake accumulator. Brought the car in at the owner's convenience to figure the noise problem and each time he acts like he's being inconvenienced for bring him business, talks rude and acts like he doesn't want to work on the car cause he's too busy. Last time kept the car for 2 weeks greased the rear parts and when I told him the rear noise was still there he got irritated and rude, told me to call him in two weeks cause he doesn't have any time to look at it. Have brought him so much business over the years and for him to act so rude, interrupting you when you're trying to communicate is totally unbusiness like and unprofessional like behavior. This was the last straw. Never going back again to this personality crisis mechanic."

He took the handle apart and lubricated it and had it working like brand new the same day. Love to see a mechanic who is honest and does the job right without charging an arm and a leg.
