"Showed the prepaid label on my phone and they wanted to charge me 1.50 rental fee to use the computer and then extra 0.25 cents to print off the label for my package. Icing on the cake is I would have to bring tape to affix it. Never had this issue with the Edmond or Kansas City locations. FedEx Quail Springs also does this for free. Not sure why UPS would make us print the label when they already took our money for postage. Feel like it’s this franchise location"
"hello i had a missing package that said delivered and Destiny from ups store helps out like it was her package sent me numbers to call even 3 way when i was having trouble . i definitely appreciate the hard work and absolute effort she put in to help me get in contact so i am able to have a good valentine’s day today for my husband she help me so so much to the point to where i will be getting my package sent to the right address and will be able to enjoy my valentine’s day. She is definitely 100% recommended!!"
"Went here to get passport photos for our family. I accidentally wore glasses during my photo, which I later found invalidated it. The staff were super friendly and considerate and allowed me to get my photo retaken. They even said if the application for me or my family were to be rejected due to the photo that they would gladly retake them. Highly recommend for receiving your passport photos."
"Says they will notarize but then when we got there lady said we had to be there before 3 for a notary. When I asked when there would be a notary available she said that we should go elsewhere. Clearly doesn’t want to provide UPS service they advertise are available. Very poor customer service and will not return to this location. FedEx treats customers much better."
"I see I am not the only one who had problems with the lady with blonde hair! She was horrible! I walked in and noticed there was a bit of a line. I asked if there was a drop area I can drop my box just like the other stores have! Fedex even has an area we can scan and drop our own packages without waiting in line which is phenomenal!! When we do all the work at home we should have a hassle free quick drop off! Anyway, I was told No I had to wait in line. I was ok with this but started a conversation with the guy behind me that maybe UPS should look into a drop off system for their customers. This employee took offense to my comment and decided to say very loudly, “ You have to wait just like everyone else. We are not going to stop what we are doing to scan your package when there are customers in front of you we are busy with.” First off she should never have injected into my conversation and second if she felt the need maybe she could have said “that is great feedback I will pass that along!” This acknowledgement lets the customer know they care! But she decided to take the confrontational route which also included saying snide remarks about the situation to the customer she was with. When it was my turn I did look at her and tell her “for being customer service behind UPS you are very rude!” She just laughed. I also followed up with a letter to UPS about this and suggested maybe looking at a little change in their business model to accommodate a diversity of customer needs. With the automation changes Covid brought I would think UPS would have pivoted their services to allow for self check."
