"These ridiculous people wanted to charge me 8.00 for a medium sized box to package my item!! Absolutely stupid when the item I was returning was only 20.00! Just stupid !! I will go all the way home a 45 min drive get the dumb box and it will still be less than 8.00!! Just gross what this business is doing !! It’s so wrong!!!"

"Is this new store is phenomenal! And the people there are fantastic. The girl who waited on me was named Justice and she took care of me quickly efficiently. And the whole place just is very efficient clean nice and welcoming. I'd rather come here that whole foods for my Amazon returns any day... Whole Foods is just too jammed up too much going on too much for network activity all around your swirling like dervishes. Itss just a mess over there at Whole Foids and the parking is horrific. The u p s store is THE way to go."

"Tony! I have only used his location twice (UPS on N. May & 50th) and he is AWESOME! He is always friendly, he explains how the returns work and what to look out for in terms of reading labels and being prepared. If anyone goes above and beyond, Tony is the model. I moved out of the city into a suburb and I will always drive back in, out of my way just to make sure I get great customer service. Tony gives confidence and ease in making returns. Thank you!"

"Highly recommend!!!! These guys treat you like a person, are helpful and caring. I wasn't treated very well at another UPS store, and I almost cried when this man took the time to explain a lot of things about Amazon returns, and helped me package my boxes correctly. Just pure honest, good people."
