"There for sure good doctors in this center, but we had a really terrible experience with their pediatric and we won’t trust cares from them for our kids anymore. Our 2 year old son started having fever on Saturday and we brought him in on Monday to have him checked. The doctor says there is nothing they can do, since they didn’t notice any infection. So they sent us home and tell us he should be better in couple days and bring him in again on day 4 if still having fever. Today is the end of 4th day of him having fever. So we tried to have him checked again but they couldn’t fit us in so we went to Sugar house Urgent Care. The doctor there says he should not be having anything viral since he doesn’t have any other symptoms. He looked carefully into his ear, moving the ear wax away to see what is underneath and was certain that it is ear infection. So we need antibiotics to get ride of these. It’s been long and painful for our son and our family. Which turns out to be unnecessary!"
"Meds are usually fairly priced and the staff is kind, professional, and efficient."
"I’ve been there earlier in the morning to get a COVID booster. I was told they could do other vaccines but not COVID as it requires extra work and they need more than 2 people on staff to be able to do that. They told me to come after 11AM for that particular vaccine. I went back around noon and I was told, again, they cannot do it as they need 2 people on staff. I pointed out I am there second time that day based on instructions provided by them and still got the same response. They were not apologetic at all."
"Terrible customer service. The nurses are nice but the front desk is always rude and show zero empathy. They are always booked and if you are late due to traffic they do not care if you’re in need of a prescription they will tell you you have to go without it for 6 weeks without even trying to refer you to another clinic. Everytime I have been there has been no one else in the waiting room and both times I actually got to go in it took 2 hours for a 15 minute check up. They also told me my prescription at their pharmacy would take 15 minutes but after hours of checking with the pharmacy, and having it “sent” to them 3 times, they had yet to receive it. I called and asked for it to be sent to a pharmacy by my house instead, was told it was changed and then the next day I get a call from the clinic pharmacy saying it’s ready there. No communication between everyone, no empathy from the front desk and no care for patients that have been coming 3 months or less"
"This clinic had the worst customer service, I guess my appointment was at 3:20 on a Friday (I live in West Jordan) we arrived at 3:30 ish so much traffic and so much construction going on and I get it if we were late then we were late that is on me. BUT the front staff girls were so freaking rude about it. I asked if there was anything they could do and they all stared at me and straight up said “no nothing”. I didn’t expect them to cater to me since I was late, but these girls were not empathetic at all. It seemed like they enjoyed to tell me no and when my boyfriend and I walked out I turned around and looked at them and they just eyed me up and down with a smirk on their face. You would think working at a woman’s clinic with pregnant people coming in they would show some short or remorse and be polite about not being able to get me in. Worst experience of my life. Whoever hired them failed at running that business."
