"Has a friend that took her Mazda 3 to the shop for an insurance claim from being rear ended and pushing her into the car in front of her. This was in May of 2019 The other day she drove up on a curb and knocked the plastic bumper loose so it was pulled off and the metal bumper was bent and core support broken still from previous wreck that they were paid to fix and didn’t. The 3 of the 4 bumper bolts on the driver side were stripped out and the other side had deferent size bolts in it. After a new metal bumper was ordered and new core support everything lined up like it should. Triple check the work that is being done at this place."

"Place is cheap but you get what you pay for. Brought my car to get bumper painted and fender painted along with some body work. The paint on the bumper started to peal months later. They did go ahead and repaint it for free but they didnt bother to prep the bumper for the new paint job. They just resprayed over the old paint. You could see where the paint had chip under the new paint. They also didnt install my bumper correctly had to remove it and install the two missing brackets under the lights that support the bumper. On top of that while removing the bumper i notice i was missing screws and had screws that didnt even belong to me in odd places. They also strip out one of the brackets that supports my bumper from the fender had to go buy a new one from the dealer. The owner was helpful at first but after the many trips i took up there he was done talking to me and just walked away. I was never rude i just ask for explanations."
