"At first, I was so happy to have found someone help my dad and I with his estate and will needs. Despite the lack of organization (she lost her notes regarding what we needed twice) we decided to continue utilizing the services she was offering and we were even looking to hire her/pay for some additional services my dad needed to wrap everything up since there was information my dad never informed me of, so i couldn't inform her. When I reached out to check in, I received a rather cold communication that was completely unwarranted, as if we asked her to complete tasks that are abnormal for paralegals and attorneys when they aren't, and she VOLUNTEERED to perform such tasks. I even told her I knew sites to look up the properties myself since I was a mortgage servicer for a while. I haven't received a reply to the last communication I sent in response. Somewhat disappointed in the treatment we received since the other reviews speak so highly of her and we were more than willing to pay for whatever extra services we needed to in order to get my fathers estate in order."
