"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Glass in Bountiful, UT. Paid over $4,400 for a transmission replacement on my 2018 Chevy Silverado, only to have it break down again. Despite their promise to stand by their work, they failed to settle the repair bill with their third-party mechanic, leaving me to foot the bill a second time to get my vehicle back. Multiple attempts to resolve this with Judd Hooley and get my refund have been ignored. Strongly advise against using their services."
