They are also members of the Better Business Bureau. Debbie who runs the front desk operations efficiently handled an insurance claim on my behalf. I simply dropped my vehicle off and they called when it was ready to be picked up. They took care of everything! "I can not express my gratitude enough!!! It is rare to find auto places that actually care and won’t take advantage of you. I am not auto savvy at all and I was in an accident that caused my door to catch and squeak. Debbie broke things down for me and put it in ways I could understand. She listened to my needs and was able to fix my squeaky door AND offer an estimate for my long term concerns. To be honest, I didn’t even know they fixed my main concern (the squeaky door) until I got home and my door was no longer squeaking!!! This shop was truly a blessing! Thank you!!! Although it did take longer than originally estimated, I truly appreciate the main receptionist Debbie for answering the phone every time I called for an update. The crew also did a FANTASTIC job on repairing my car for a great price! Debbie was super helpful, gave me all the estimate options and was even nice enough to remind me of the 4% charge they add if you pay with card. Everything worked out perfectly and I am just grateful to have my ride back! My car looks great! and I will be back for future repairs! Thank you guys!"
