"I would avoid this place. I sent out important documents from this location and they were lost before UPS even picked up. I called this store, gave them the tracking number and they told me the exact information that I found on the UPS website. They tried to rush me off the phone feeding my lies that the package was picked up. The tracking information indicated that UPS never received the package. I reached out to UPS who confirmed that the package was never in their (UPS) custody. The package was dropped off at this location and never left. I was treated like I was an idiot on the phone. I know how shipping works. I worked and managed in logistics industry for 7 years."
