"Asked for a used car inspection, as it was listed on Google as a mechanic. Was given an emissions inspection, car said not ready since it had been sitting in the dealers lot, and I was charged $35 for a service I didn't ask for. Guy was rude when I brought it up. He said go somewhere else, after he had charged me. I never once said emissions. Emissions aren't even required in UT right now so I guess he was desperate for some business."

"Had an appointment first thing in the morning. Got there at 8am this week. Place did not open till 9am. The employee arrived first. Saw me there, spoke to me about waht was needed. I told him it was a Coolant leak. His name was Javier and he then made me wait a solid hour to be waited on. During this hour, he waited on all other customers except for me, and ALL of them came in AFTER me, while they profited on other customers, while leaving me waiting, on MY TIME. Javier then shined a light for me to see the leak, but he did not tell me from what part it was coming out of. Javier told me it would be cheap inexpensive part to replace. At 10am the owner came and told me I have to pay him 90.00 LABOR plus the cost of the part, in order to start work on the car. So I said I needed to know the total COST of the entire job, NOT just the cost of Labor, as well as the COST of the part, and the name of the part. He said he did not know the cost of the part or the name of the part but he wanted 90 bucks Labor on the spot to start the work. I said No. and I started to drive away. Javier ran up to my window and said He would fix my car privately for very little money and handed me his phone number. I called him to come over and fix my car at my house. I was willing to meet him to fix the car. Javier said he would come to my house and arrive at 6pm. at 5:45 he texted me that he was on his way. At 6:30pm he still was not here, so I texted him. I waited from 3 hours to 9pm with my hood up in the driveway, and he never showed up, never told me the name of the part to fix the car myself, never stated that he was NOT coming. Left me FLAT. And that is the kind of service that you get when coming to this garage for auto repair. even when you have a preset appointment. They wait on all other people for a SOLID HOUR THAT CAME IN AFTER YOU. They wasted 4 hours of MY TIME. Treated me like trash."
