"Automatic robocall saying my prescription was ready at 2pm went there at 3:30pm and pharmacy was closed without warning"

"On hold for over 35 minutes. Supposed to have had a prescription faxed over from another pharmacy and was on hold for so long I didn't get an answer untill after the other pharmacy had closed. What has become of customer service and people asking for 15 dollars an hour to not do their jobs. America is not America anymore. It has become untitled people in it to only serve themselves."

"The rating is of Walgreen Pharmacy SPECIFICALLY Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Pros 1. None Cons 1. Andre the Technician in the back that says they run the Pharmacy at this location answers phones and is rude with customers. Ask for something to be repeated you get attitude OR ignored completely. 2. Go to store and speak to Andre face to face and no apology. Complaint was not taken down or going anywhere so upper management or corporate could see. 3. Medication / Prescription filled HOURS LATE and store nor app told us of that. Final Thoughts Rude Pharmacy Staff at this location. Front of house even knows it and tells me we are not the first to complain. I won’t return. I won’t tell others of this location. I will actively try to get others to not go to this location. A different Pharmacy Tech shouldn’t have to come over and apologize for you Andre the Technician."

"This is officially the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the state. Waited 4 days for my script and had to remember remind them to fill it when I got to the store. Then waited an hour when I got there. No help at all and don’t you dare try to call in"

"I waited in the drive through for a full hour to pick up my prescription sent in 3 days ago and when I got to the front they told me they didn’t have my prescription and wouldn’t have it till Monday. Why don’t you call and tell me that before I sit and wait an hour for a prescription I couldn’t even pick up in the first place? They are obviously very unorganized, don’t have the staff or equipment needed to run the pharmacy efficiently & effectively, and have too much on their hands. I won’t ever be using this pharmacy again."
