"The only reason I ended up leasing an Audi was because the staff was not pushy at all! I was very straightforward and told them that too. A big thanks to Canyon for getting me in the door. A huge thank you to Jason who answered my million questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. An even bigger thank you to Jordano for getting me the price point I was comfortable with and for working with me. The Finance Manager, Mr. Nguyen, was absolutely amazing and explained everything. "I am in complete disappointment w/ the service I received today w/ Audi Lehi! This being my first Audi service appt, I assumed the service would be top-notch of a courteous and luxurious service like the BMW dealership downtown or professional and courteous like Karl Malone Toyota! My first experience just makes me think twice of how the parts and service staff weren’t clear about their service packages but rather being told that “oh, the call center is where you got the info from, etc”!? But I’m here to get my Audi serviced etc. Just seems more like the employee who helped me didn’t go the extra mile to be empathetic nor provide available specials in re: to service and parts. It feels like I have been hassled out of so much $$ for replacing a part that wasn’t my fault for being broken by a service employee and the package is another! I should have instead made an appt with the downtown Audi of Salt Lake! So frustrating!!"
