"It was my son's 21st birthday and leaving work to go celebrate it with him, I discovered that my rear right tire was flat. I limp around the corner from my office and pull into Burt Brothers expecting they could not fix it right there, but that maybe I could get enough air to let me limp home. Instead, they told me they could fix it right away and 10 minutes later I was good to go. They charged me nothing and wished me well. It was the kind of delightful act of compassion that has earned them my business for life. When I need anything that Burt Brothers can deliver that is where I am going from now on. I highly recommend you do too."

"Stay away from Burt Brothers!!! My boyfriend and i took our cars in to get oil changes and also an alignment on my boyfriends. After 5 hours we paid and when we started my boyfriends car it rattled like crazy and barely started so we went back inside and told them and they came out and started looking at it and immediately we noticed one of the hoses going into one of the filters was completely broken off. We had them change the filters so they couldn’t have not noticed that they broke it. They definitely tried to hide it from us. They pulled it back in and said they would fix it. Then they came back out and said that there was nothing they could do since they were closing and to come back on monday. They said that they drove the car around the block and everything was fine. We drove it home which was only about 5 blocks away and when we got home smoke was pouring out from under the hood and it wasn’t just a little smoke from oil spilled it was ALOT of smoke. We went and started looking at it and we noticed there was another hose that wasn’t even plugged back in. We had to plug it back in our selfs. So they drove it around and said it was ok with 2 hoses completely disconnected one being that they completely broke off. We tried starting it and restarting it a few times and it barely started up and just rattled the whole car. It clearly wasn’t in any condition to be driving even tho we were told it was ok. When we brought it back on monday and were able to speak to the store manager about it he didn’t seem to care at all about the problems we had. We tried explaining to him everything that happened and he just shrugged us off and just said they would take care of it. He just seemed annoyed and pretty much everyone we talked to about it over the phone and during this whole experience had the same attitude like they were just annoyed with us. This shouldn’t have happened with a simple oil change. One of the techs when we were checking out was even bragging to another employee about how he did an oil change in under 10 minutes. Maybe the manager should have been a little more concerned with how bad these guys screwed up on such a simple task and discipline them. This was a pretty big screw up on their part and should have been taken more seriously but they didn’t seem to care at all. It must be pretty easy to do a 10 minute oil change when you break half the car and forget to plug things back in. Absolute amateurs. Also to note there was a big puddle of leaking oil under the car when we had it towed down there on monday."

"My car wouldn’t start the day before a holiday road trip, and Burt Brothers was awesome. They gave me an estimated price for what they’d be checking for (battery life and stuff like that in my case) and then had my car all fixed up within a couple of hours. Friendly, helpful, communicative. Would definitely recommend."
