"Everyone with whom I’ve dealt has been kind, patient, and courteous. It’s a fairly small store and can get a bit crowded but they do an excellent job in taking care of customers quickly. The pink haired lady is great! I highly recommend them."

"There doesn't seem to be much organization. I recently opened a mail box there because I was concerned that mail and packages were being picked up by the neighbor. Sadly, every time I go in, people just walk in and don't seem to respect the fact that there is a line. The staff doesn't seem to care that people have been waiting. I am withdrawing my services from them. sad, because I have to drive quite a ways to do business with them. I have a medical condition: I don't use that to get ahead. All I want is for people to respect those that are before them. Seems no one cares anymore about customer service. I'll use the postal service to get what I need done. UPS can go on strike for all I care, I won't be using them any more."

"Would like to say staff is helpful, but I went to the door appx 5:25pm and it had a note that they were closed. A second person took a photo of the sign. An empty car was in parking lot which I thought was staff. Another red vehicle behind the store with occupant who watched as we attempted to use UPS services stayed after we both left. The hours on the window sign are same as website. Shame on false advertisement. Tried to call today as sign and website says open til 3...no answer."

"The phone service is impossible. Takes you in circles. I had to try for 20 minutes to get the store phone...and when I FINALLY got through, they didn't answer. I literally watched the UPS driver sit in my driveway for 5 minutes and then not even bring my package inside before driving off. VERY IMPORTANT package was supposed to delivered last week. I paid extra for this MEDICAL DEVICE to be delivered on time and UPS specially postponed that."
