"Do NOT GO HERE!!!! Prices are high. Products suck. They don’t back up what they say if you have issues with your cartridges that they will replace. Staff are rude don’t care about patients. Go to bountiful. They need to do something about how they cheat the public. I won’t even renew my card ever again in this state. Terrible terrible experience. More than once. When I made my return the lady lied to her boss and said my cartridge work. Now I have to flip a lung trying to clear my tank if I can even do that. Bountiful store has twice the product to choose from, no wait EVER and they have deals all the time. Daily, weekend and special occasions like Super Bowl deals. You won’t find that in Ogden. And you can’t stack points. Bountiful you can. Absolutely HATE OGDEN STORE. The staff definitely needs to be replaced or retrained."

"I loathe this place more than any place I've ever been in my entire life and I've been to jail! They have zero care for efficiency--It shouldn't take 35 minutes every single time sitting in the lobby before you get the to wait another 15 minutes inside the doors before you even get to a register to order. The entire operation is set up so poorly any sixth grader could do a better job. The way they check people in, to the way they call people back, even how they store the product that you order is so insanely inefficient. I've redesigned their entire process 25x just sitting in their lobby waiting...waiting... always waiting. Their online ordering system is so bad it makes any 1995 html website seem breathtaking and most of the time you can't even do in-store pickup because who knows why--it makes zero sense why they can't figure it out!!!!!! Can't pay with cards. Terrible flower selection. Monopolistic prices and service. I wish I could give this place negative 1 billion stars. This must be what it feels like living in North Korea.. only 1 option so they don't have to even try. It genuinely ruins my day even thinking about shopping here. Just go to Bountiful because you can drive there, get your stuff, and get back to Ogden before you're even out of the lobby at The Flower Shop. I literally can't even think of a single positive to say about this place. Ogden NEEDS more options. I wish the flower shop would go out of business."
